Oh my goodness, where do I even begin with Chanelle and Sheldon’s day?

From the very first moment, you could feel what mattered most—faith, family, and the kind of love that’s been prayed over for generations.

They chose The Groves in the Midlands as their venue, but more than that, they chose to make their wedding theirs. It was quiet, intentional, and full of legacy. Chanelle’s mom and gran did all the florals—soft white roses and pennygum—and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Minimal, timeless, grounded. Just like them.

One of the most tender moments of the whole day was when Chanelle did a first look with her dad. His emotion said it all. And then, just before she walked down the aisle, her family gathered to pray over her and the day ahead. It was holy. Sacred. A moment I’ll never forget.

During portraits, the light wrapped around them like a blessing. It felt soft and sacred, as if even the sun knew this was a holy kind of love.

They ended the evening with the most delicious pasta dinner (yes, please!), and then… that dance floor? Lit up and alive. It was a celebration and joy and, so much goodness.

Chanelle and Sheldon, thank you for trusting me with such a sacred day. Your wedding was more than beautiful—it was rooted, tender, and real. What a gift it was to witness your beginning.
